Please note: These are front-end templates. Contact forms, payments and logins are designed and laid out, but not connected to a server — you or your developer connect them to whatever service you prefer.

Questions people ask first

Do these templates work with WordPress or Elementor?

No. These are standalone HTML templates. They run on any web host without WordPress, and they cannot be opened or edited in Elementor, Wix or any other page builder. Editing one means editing HTML and CSS in a code editor.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Each template is a one-time payment. You download the files and host them yourself, so there is nothing to renew and no subscription to cancel.

Where can I host an HTML template?

Anywhere that serves static files: Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, cPanel shared hosting, or any bucket. The templates have no build step and no server requirements, so uploading the folder is the whole deployment.

Do the contact forms send email?

The forms validate the visitor input and show a confirmation, but they need to be connected to a service before they deliver mail. Formspree, Netlify Forms or your own endpoint all work, and the included setup guide explains where to connect them.

Can I use a template for a client project?

Yes. One licence covers one website, whether it is your own or a client’s. Using the same template on several sites needs an additional licence for each.

Do I need to know how to code?

To change the business name, phone number, colours and content, no — those live in two clearly commented files. To change the page layout itself, you need some HTML and CSS.

What is included in the download?

Every page as HTML, the stylesheet, the scripts, all images, a setup guide, a photography guide and the licence file. The real estate template, Vantage, is 12 pages and about 5MB in total.
