Every tool on this page processes your file on your own device. There is no upload step, no queue and no account, and that is not a policy that could quietly change — the code simply never sends your picture anywhere. It is also why none of them have a size limit or a daily cap: there is no server bill to ration.
It has one more consequence worth knowing. A document you are compressing for a visa application, a scan of an ID card, a photograph of a child — none of it is copied to a machine you do not control, and there is nothing to delete afterwards. Close the tab and it is gone.
