What we collect
Only what you hand us. There is no hidden tracking on this site beyond the analytics described below.
- When you enquire or book a viewing: your name, email, phone number and whatever you write in the message.
- When you save a property: the list is kept in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.
- When you visit: anonymous page counts — which pages are read, roughly where from. No profiles, no advertising identifiers.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to arrange the viewing you asked for, and to keep a record of the advice we gave. Nothing else.
We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it with a third party only where that is needed to do the job you asked for — a conveyancer on a sale you have instructed, for example — and we tell you when it happens.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept for six years, because tax and property law require it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and you will have an answer within thirty days. No charge, no forms.
If you think we have handled your information badly you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.
