You may browse, search, save properties and contact us. You may not scrape the listings, copy the design of the site, or use it to send unsolicited messages to our agents.

The information here

Listing details — floor areas, prices, service charges, availability — are given in good faith and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer or part of a contract. Verify anything you intend to rely on before you commit money to it.

The calculators are estimates. The mortgage and investment tools do arithmetic on the numbers you type in. They do not know your circumstances, your tax position or any lender's criteria, and they are not financial advice. Speak to a qualified adviser.

Our liability

We are responsible for our own negligence and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on estimates, by third-party sites we link to, or by the site being briefly unavailable.

Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, and with animation switched off. Focus is always visible, images carry descriptions, and headings run in order.
